Value Discovery Workshop Details

Understanding and being able to quantify customer value is critical for many business decisions.  Whether it’s for a new product design, developing a new business model, entering new markets, or determining how to fight a low-cost competitor, being able to understand and quantify customer economic value is essential.  This workshop based program is designed to give marketing, sales, and R&D professionals learnings, experience, and tools to enable them to better understand customer value through a value discovery process. Value discovery includes customer interviews, observational studies, and other techniques designed to understand and quantify customer value. We use a unique set of proprietary approaches to value discovery including:

  • Lean Process view of customer activities to identify waste and opportunities
  • Analysis of the “jobs” customers are trying to get done
  • Customer business model analysis
  • Design-to-Value methodology for new products/services
